Staff was very pleasant and very helpful I only wished the truck had the pull out tray to help load which I thought came with the smaller truck. However, we made do. I love the 24 hour return location, which help me bring back the truck once i was done.

Michael KReturn great but overall U-Haul service and the truck that was provided, along with having to wait for road side due to poor maintenance and lack of pre trip inspections prior to giving out a truck is beyond words.
