I was satisfied until I received my final receipt. I did return the trailer that I rented late, but was surprised that I was charged for an entire 2nd day of rental. In addition, I was charged another insurance fee although I had the same insurance on the trailer that I had originally rented. Yes, due to extreme traffic around the Boston rush hour traffic, I was late returning the trailer. The Location was closing down for the day at 6:00 and very unlikely that the trailer was going to be rented out that evening. I've rented many time from UHUAL in the past but I will need to reconsider my next rental as I believe getting charged a entire 2nd day for a rental was not appropriate in this case. Thank you

Was hands off/through the app, would have preferred to interact with an associate. After driving a long distance and moving, it was frustrating to have to download the uhaul app and go through the steps of taking prompted photos in the uhaul instead of being able to turn the keys into someone in person.
