The original location was not open when they were supposed to be open So I had to go to another location to get another truck

I could not get a call answered. The line said busy every time I called. I got to the building at 8 AM, which is when I had the truck reserved, only to find that they did not open until 9 AM. That was frustrating. U-haul had moved my reservation to this place because there was no truck av where I was originally going, which I assumed open at 8.
