Ordered furniture pads that were not available (although the team at this location immediately removed the charges from my payment which I appreciated). The U-Haul was filthy on the inside. Pick up and drop off however was seamless.

GARY FI told uhaul I'd need to extend the rental truck for a certain amount of days. But they called and said they didn't know what I was talking about
DERRICK BThe original location was not open when they were supposed to be open So I had to go to another location to get another truck
RAMON DI could not get a call answered. The line said busy every time I called. I got to the building at 8 AM, which is when I had the truck reserved, only to find that they did not open until 9 AM. That was frustrating. U-haul had moved my reservation to this place because there was no truck av where I was originally going, which I assumed open at 8.
