They added additional coverage without my consent (I intentionally opted out of when making reservation) and didn’t give me a copy of my receipt or contract for me to have any knowledge of the charge until it was too late. The whole neighborhood is a cellular dead zone, so I couldn’t complete the mobile return either since he didn’t give me my return contract to fill out.
