I have rented from many U-Haul locations over the years both personally and professionally. I have to say this rental experience was by far the best! Although E & Friends is a smaller location, what they lack in size they make up in personality and professionalism. I needed a last minute rental and they put it together so quickly. The equipment was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. They even gave me free ice-cream while doing the contact, a gesture I have never seen before at a U-Haul. They answered all my questions and eager to help in any way they could. If you need a rental in or around the Smyrna NC area do yourself a favor and give E & Friends a try. Great experience, great service, Thank you for a pleasant experience!!!!!
