First car detailer gave me a mean look. Like I was in wrong place. I couldn't understand where to park. No directions. After deciding "screw it" I parked somewhere and finally someone came out for proper discussion. Was glad to leave that place. Mean detailers

Need drop box i was charged and additional $564 because they say i went close to 500 miles in truck when I only went around 35 miles also truck didn't have gas and was dirty with liquor bottles & smelled like weed inside with no gas so I got charged for the previous persons mess when I told the manager about all of this the day I picked truck up he told me he would note it.
Edward CIt didn’t give U-Haul vibes at all. The guy told me (a woman) to park the trailer in the field behind a beat up building and unhitch it myself.
Kawain SAt the scheduled pick up time, our equipment was not in the truck and the keys were not there. We waited on hold with the U-Haul assistance line and never got to speak to anyone. When the pick up location storefront was supposed to be open, no one was there. When we called them, it took 25 minutes for someone to arrive. It took over an hour to pick up the truck.
Casey NThese car wash boys had minimal interest in U haul customers. Saw me pull in, but I had to go find them detailing a car with 2 others watching the other guy work the car. Then the check in process was 'Just toss the key on the desk in the office'. Is that how it's usually done?
