The location was closed during business hours with a number on the door to call. I called, left the key in the Dropbox. I took picture of odometer and fuel level. I dropped off vehicle with more fuel than when I picked up, but was charged a fuel fee. I can send pictures of the fuel gauge at pickup and dropoff, no way to attach to this message. Called the number and he refused to remove fuel charge.

Dropped off truck before rental store was opened. Had no issues with the drop off process.
Angela JThe owner is not at the location. Tells you to send him photos after you hook up the trailer yourself. I had completed the check in on the app but he claimed I hadn't and added insurance without my consent. The equipment here looked like they were not checked for cleanliness and my trailer had non working lights. Feels like a 3rd world scam center
