Just my humble opinion but this is coming frim someone with back troubles. Luckily there was someone there to help me lift the trailer off the hitch. Otherwise id been stuck there. There should be a support that folds on the front that lifts up and down to get the ball off the trailer. Also, when i call uhaul advising it would be after 7:30 am before i even got to Valdosta. They told me that as long as it was back before the place closed i was good. When i dropped the trailer off they tried to charge ne extra. There seems to be a lack of communication between departments.
