Not one person explained that it was def serve and barely helped me and the location I set it up at was rude and just kept telling me that it wasn’t her job. I had to contact multiple people for it to get done and then no dolly was in the truck and they wouldn’t help with that either and when I called for my reimbursement she said it wasn’t her job and it’s on the place where you drop it off at but you don’t even talk to someone to drop it off because you do everything yourself.

The truck was not ready when I got there. I had to wait for it to be cleaned. Then I was informed I could not leave my car there for the 2-3 hours I would have the truck. Thar has never occurred before. This is my last time renting a uhaul.
