The individual that helped me was great.
Adam KI don't know if it's the policy of U-Haul to have customers do the complete connecting and hook up of the full car dolly with no assistance but, their was no guidance. The person helping me was kind and patient collecting my payment but other than that she didn't move out the office to assist. I mean, if that's the policy everything was excellent. I reviewed all the videos that were sent about driving and hooking up the dolly which were helpful and pretty much knew the procedures of hitching or connecting a trailer but what if I didn't have a clue. I've rented from at least 6 or more U-Haul facilities before and everyone prior to this one hooked up my trailer check to make sure my lights were working and I had the correct hookup. Maybe, with technology today or procedure changes the video was suppose to suffice. Please advise so I will know my next time renting...Thanks!
