There was no one there when I dropped off. The parking is small for a big truck. Show (a sign) additional parking is for the bigger trucks.

Unprofessional , overcharged , it look like I was dropping the truck off at The chop shop . I'm not happy about money being taken out of my debit for another day when I only had it 22 hours and at the rental when I picked it up the man figured up the miles that I would need for the trip that I was going to take and I was under the assumption and everything was taken in payment at the pickup . I am totally unsatisfied and I wouldn't refer U-Haul to anyone .
