How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe first location I had initially booked for pickup did not have my correct truck and I was given little information on what to do since there was no one present to help me. The U-Haul app kept causing errors so I had to call customer service and get a new location with a new truck which resulted in a lot of delay on pickup time. Since a lot of people use apps, I would appreciate if the app stopped crashing and functioned as needed. It crashed several times during my entire move and it was very inconvenient.
