Fuel level… fill it up! Or at least have the right level on the contract! No way was there 3/4 tank of gas in the van. It was 2/3 at best. I returned at 3/4. Took pix of before and after. With the price of gas today, I’m not happy to have overpaid. It may seem small but it’s an honesty/integrity issue for me. Like what else was unfair. Will I rent there again, likely. Was the process easy, definitely. Vehicle was great.
