Truck was dirty inside and out; waited 45 mins to get my dolly that they forgot to put in truck just for it to be a beat up little store dolly, not even a U-Haul dolly. Then they charged me for gas when Im sure it was at the original line. Moral of the story, don’t rent a truck in the ghetto and expect proper service.

For a cross country trip like this, you need to work out of a larger U-Haul facility, not one run out of a small neighborhood grocery market.
Kenneth SI was overcharged $15 for insurance that I declined when I booked the rental. I didn’t get a receipt until after I left the store because it was emailed to me. I did question why the price difference to the guy on the phone and he told me it was an environmental fee. It wasn’t. They added a $15 insurance.

ROGER HI received a filthy truck that I cleaned in the cab. The back had and still has probably 20 moving blankets thrown in. And most importantly I rented and was charged for an appliance dolly and only received a household dolly. When I questioned the north end supermarket manager, I was told that was an appliance dolly! That’s the same size I have in my garage. What a terrible experience, will definitely never send anyone to that establishment
