The truck they gave us was non smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke
Autumn JZero help with drop off. My sister is 77 & I am 65 with recent amputee. No one came out to assist us. The man only pointed outside to parking lot. Wouldn't even give a release form that they received the trailer. This place isn't a good representation of the uhaul brand.
Tracy STruck was dirty inside and out; waited 45 mins to get my dolly that they forgot to put in truck just for it to be a beat up little store dolly, not even a U-Haul dolly. Then they charged me for gas when Im sure it was at the original line. Moral of the story, don’t rent a truck in the ghetto and expect proper service.
Nathen WFor a cross country trip like this, you need to work out of a larger U-Haul facility, not one run out of a small neighborhood grocery market.
