ROB PJen and Jodi at Wasaga Beach saved my move and your reputation. Tori Lewis at the Concession 6, Collingwood location was part of this and she got me the truck, at Wasaga Beach. Tori went out of her way to get me the truck needed. Tori also saved UHaul's reputation. To give the story in context, I reserved on line and received confirmation that my truck would be in Collingwood at the Hume Street location. It was NOT. It was in Thornbury which is a 30 minute drive away. Staff there, obviously don't know their area as they sent me to "closest location" which was supposed to be Concession 6 in Wasaga Beach. IF I had taken their advice I would have wasted and hour and half in travel time to find there is no such location. Luckily I knew where the Conc 6 location was, so that saved my time and energy. I will recommend the Concession6, Collingwood and the Wasaga Beach locations. I will never recommend the other location or your online system.
