The system gave the attendant some issues. We had to check out a different truck than they had ready for us. However, the attendant was really lovely and helpful.

The first truck we were given the part that holds drinks fell off before we even put the truck in drive, we got it back on somewhat, then as we were driving to the location, the transmission was not shifting gears as it should, we had to turn around and get another truck so that we could actually do the move. While getting the truck, the attendant did not how to spell Ellen or Daniel, then when we returned the truck they had an email on the truck that we have no idea where it even came from. No one asked what my email was when I booked the truck.
Barbara RLocation was hard to determine where UHaul was and where to check the trailer out. We didn’t have a choice on location as we rented from Lutz Hardware but UHaul sent us to this location to pick up the trailer, even though Lutz had the same one on their lot.
Craig SPicking up the trailer was an unexpected disappointment and hassle. When I arrived, there were no other customers in the store. However, after the clerk began the U-Haul pickup process, she stopped 4-5 separate times to help convenience store customers at the other register. When she went to pause working with me the final time, I asked if she could just finish my transaction, and she stated that she’d been told by management to “help customers first,” to which I responded that I am a customer, too, which should not need to be said. My time and business weren’t a priority. What should have taken about 5 minutes took 20 because she kept stopping to help other people. She should never have been told to do that. When I finally spoke up, she made me feel bad about doing so, even though the customer she went to help was very understanding of what ai was asking. It was a different clerk at drop-off, and they were great.
