I rented a van over a year ago. And you had me rent one from 60 miles away. Going to and from cost me an extra $240 for an Uber driver for transportation. Will you reimburse me the travel arrangements that was entirely your issue? I’m awaiting to hear from a customer service representative. The facility and owner was helpful but it was not their fault for the rental problem Uhaul created.

Truck smelled extremely like cigarettes and the box smelled like wet dog/rodents had to run ozone machine to get the smell out
Payton OAK On/Off Road Specialities and RPM were great. Drop off was quick and easy. I was asked about the drive and how the equipment handled, if there were any concerns, treated me like family for just dropping off equipment. It was refreshing and appreciated after a 4000+ mile drive.
