I wash charged $275 for a “wrong drop off fee” I returned the Uhaul to the same place I picked it up from this is unacceptable

SHANA PI dropped off a truck here on a day they were closed so I used the app. I did speak to the owner a few days prior and she should be conducting customer service seminars to other business owners.
