Employee did not give me assistance hooking up the truck to the trailer.I had to do it on my own , which is very difficult when backing up a box truck. Trailer had no visible temporary plate.He's like I don't know what you want me to do about it.Also had a short and the lights he said that will be fine.

Outstanding service! The trailer I rented pulled straight and true--unlike others I have rented in the past. I returned a week later to rent moving equipment.
