The customer service at this location is exceptional. Chelles was very patient with me when I had a lot of questions. My own truck was broken down and she went over and above to make sure that I got the equipment that I needed, even after hours. She was very thorough and clear in her explanations, and had some excellent suggestions for me. I could tell him my communication communications with her that she was not just committed to helping me, I get the feeling that this is the same level of service she gives to everyone. This location is a great example of what all Uhaul centers should be.
