My rental van wasn't ready for the 24/7 pickup time, so I had to wait outside the location until they opened in order to access my rental - so I was very late to my destination. The van was gross, had a sensor problem, and did not contain the items I had reserved (like moving blankets) which I really needed.
Nicole B.The lockbox containing the key was hard to open because it was a bit rusted. Regularl maintenance for functionality purposes should be conducted.
Yasmine G.The large door has malfunctioned all summer and still. The van was not clean inside and in general, the condition has declined since the first time I used it. The facility has only one vehicle tat obviously gets a lot of use.
