Kymberley MIn the steps to return the vehicle, it said to put the keys back but then you need the keys to collect the mileage and take pictures of the vehicle. It might make more sense to have the return the keys at the end only

Daniel AThe person working the location was almost 30 min late for the appointment. The Van had a parking brake that was not operating properly so it was not usable on a hill. This required me to park the van much further away from the pickup site than was convenient.
