I would have given above average. The checkout process was great. Staff was very friendly very helpful. The check-in was quick and easy also. However, the next day after I returned the truck, I received text messages saying my truck was never returned, and I had to deal with U-Haul customer support who then recommended I call the storage facility and I had to leave a voicemail. In the end, it was resolved, but was somewhat of a hassle since the truck wasn’t checked in the night I dropped it off properly.

The guy was nice but he told me they would refund me the 15 miles I didn’t use and then made up the mileage. I didn’t take a screenshot. But I have the Waze routes and to go from there to west Newton then east Boston and back to Watertown was not 30 miles.
