Start looking into modernizing your vehicles. I have a 1998 vehicle with power windows. Not being able to access the passenger window while driving is pretty dang annoying. Other than that, all is good.

while on phone talking to a this lady 2 confirm my 15ft. Truck after I gave her my credit card number truck was taken from me then they told me it would b 6pm. Then at 6pm. I get a call saying my truck won't b there until 8pm. But they close at 7pm. But a 10ft. Truck will b there at 7pm. 2 come 2 uhaul do paper work. While there I was given a 26ft. Truck at 29.99 which was good but then it cost me more in gas so it wasn't a good deal after all. By time I got the truck and went to unload at new place it was 9pm. No place 2 park then and it was raining out hard . Plus all my help to unload was gone. Cuz I was suppose 2 pick upa 15ft. At 7am. But didn't get a truck until 7pm. That night. Was terrible. SUCKS

We were told we would get a refund and credit still don't see it plus I prepaid for 2 -26 foot trucks and instead had to use a 15 foot and 2-trailers for a 65 mile move so we had to make more than one trip useing more gas and time it was very inconvenient all I can say is that Amy from the district office was very nice but I haven't received my refund and they even took $11 more dalllars out my account when I left more gas in truck than I was given I have all my receipts

The truck and equipment were great, clean and ran well. The staff were polite and very helpful. The reservation and computer system leaves a lot to be desired. I was planning on and had agreed to an early morning pickup, the computer said 1:30 PM at the last moment. Fortunately they found a truck earlier but then checking back in the computer refused to recognize my returning the truck to the same place even though my receipt from the morning said I would. It took the person in charge half an hour and a call to tech support to straighten it out. The computer system obviously needs work.

Very helpful. Arrived to pick up a vehicle transport to haul a 1979 Jaguar 2 hours away. Running lights on trailer didn't work, the employee (very friendly) investigated and found a blown fuse. Gave me a replacement at no cost. It did take about 45 minutes, but this was understandable considering the circumstances.

This location was fabulous. When I arrived to rent their internet was not working, but they didn't hesitate to get me hooked up to a trailer and on the road fast. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. When I returned the trailer, it was, once again, pouring outside, but everyone was quick to get me unhooked and back on the road despite the rain and already being soaked. I've had a not-so-great experience at another local location and I learned my lesson. I'll book at the Route 11 one from now on.

Lloyd and Michael each were both courteous, prompt and friendly. Lloyd was very accommodating to my particular needs and changes in schedule. The location itself is organised and easy to get into and out of. The one thing lacking is adequate customer parking, very limited, which made access into and out of the office challenging.

Equipment returned the night before it was due. Was charged an extra day "because we were busy & didn't get the trailer logged back in until late." Have contacted this office at least 2-3 times weekly for 3 weeks & have only received assurances that the manager will correct the overcharge when he's available. I would like a total refund for the aggravation of dealing with this business.

I will never rent from U-Haul again my vehicle was damaged during my tow. I paid for the insurence however, I was told since I didn't not check bolts every time I gased up they will not honest that insurance. U-Haul is terrible and I can not see myself recommending your service to anyone. I love how you all support your Soldiers.
