One of the Best Storage Facility’s I have ever had. Everyone was so nice and Welcoming and very helpful especially to me as I was moving and needed Storage and also Boxes etc . So very helpful with everything. Thank You..
patrica b | Overall ExperienceEXPENSIVE, RUDE STAFF, CHARGE EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING LIKE FEES ARE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH ALREADY THEN WANT TO CHARGE $50 IF YOU BREAK A KEY AND NEED TO GET IN .... LIKE IR TOOK FIVE MINUTES OF THE GUY HAVING TO GET OFF HIS BUTT AWAY FROM THE DESK AND IT WAS $50 BEFORE HE WOULD EVEN DO THE TOUGH FIVE MINUTE JOB. I will NEVER use uhaul again and will recommend to ALL my family and friends not to either. Worst customer experience EVER !!!
