Difficult to get truck, had a 15 foot but wouldn’t allow me to get then then took forever to verify my details. Locked key and car was damaged prior to pick up in the front bumper and side mirror as well . I only Picked up at this location bc uhaul called me right before this pick up to tell me the truck I booked 8/3 for 8/15 wouldn’t be available at any location I needed

Kevin FTell us in advance of pickup that we need to have the U-Haul app installed on our phone. I had requested "in person" instead of "app" on the U-Haul reservation, yet still had to download and install and use the U-Haul app once I arrived to pickup the truck. It would have been helpful and time-saving to know that the app is required.
