Keri THad appointment at 9. arrived at 9 and was told I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone else. Called uhaul 15 minutes later and it took 15 minutes before i could talk to an actual person. at 9:30 as I started to talk to someone, a woman came and yelled and cussed at ME. I was just trying to figure out when I was going to actually get the truck and was yelled at and berated by this woman who was clearly having a terrible day. I get having a bad day and we all get them, but she took it out on me. Area was a bad neighborhood.
Brent VTruck was returned last week and it still hasn’t been checked out by the 3rd Party company and I still haven’t received my money back from the hold they put on my car. Very unprofessional and very unorganized. I’ll never rent from these guys again.
