The truck smelled like cigarette smoke and had leftover items from a previous user in the dash and in the cup holder. The cupholder was not cleaned at all and there were ashes on the dash and cupholder. Also the cashier was not familiar with the process and had to make a phone call for directions.

Sheila CI was overcharged by $20. I tried to accommodate the location by taking a vehicle they had because my reservation was not held. The young lady that assisted me completely misled me about the cost of my rental. I will never use or recommend U-Haul again. Sorry.
