If someone rents a vehicle, please have the vehicle there to be used or at least allow them to switch to a vehicle that is on site. And don’t charge someone for a vehicle that they never got.

Kid working did great, your system was not allowing me to upload my drivers license. Strike one The MAIN issue was I asked for a pick up at a different location, My contract had that location and when I got there they sent me 4 miles away which was not good. Strike 2 - The score was b/c UHAUL did poorly NOT The store! I am a former U haul employee from 1990's, I know what to expect from U-Haul (Not impressed) The truck was nice though 26ft

Samuel KThe truck was not perfect but clean enough. The location was very small, and there were a number of people waiting for service. The staff was nice but there could have been more people there to help. The location was easy to navigate to/from though, so I appreciated that.
Cassia BFirst the employee was not trained or ready for U-Haul customers. Secondly, I placed my reservation via the app and included an appliance dolly and furniture rollers/pads to move large items. Neither of those items were available and I was advised to call U-Haul to find a location that had them. A service that I paid for, yet didn’t receive the value and incurred significant inconvenience in moving because this site stated “they don’t offer dolly’s at this location.”
