This U-Haul location is terrible. I rented a truck and returned it the same day, but three days later, the return still isn't complete. I have no idea what happened. It's been a crazy couple of days. I tried calling U-Haul support, but they haven't resolved my issue. I also called the location, and a guy there told me to call the Uhaul company , not the local store. The cashier must have made a mistake when I gave him the key. He said it might take four hours or so to finalize the return, but after four hours, I got nothing—no receipt at all. So I tried the U-Haul app, and it still shows my case as not finished. I feel really bad about this.

Truck that they had me reserved for was broken, no side mirror, which U-Haul can’t legally rent. They only had a smaller truck available, and no moving blankets and overcharged me on gas. No overall experience was horrible, will never be using U-Haul again. Want to actually get the service I paid for,

Carla BAt the above location, Attendee was very hard to communicate with.(broken English) The entire time while checking in he was on a personal phone call on his cell phone.(also served others customers ie: lottery, gas, etc...while I'm standing there trying to get my truck. Attendee had to retrieve truck from parking space, as other trucks were blocking, while doing so Attendee hit side mirror of another truck and it broke off and fell to ground. My driver side mirror received large scratches. Upon truck return, Attendee was very rude..." kept saying, " we are only A gas station " call U-haul with your concerns. Would not do final truck return, said, Attendee that comes in in the a.m would handle( i arrived for return at 8:30pm) kept saying(put key in drop box) I do not recommend this Location (for any customer)
CAROLYN KExtremely concerning and unacceptable experience!!! I made a reservation for March 8. However, on March 1 my credit card was charged and the system showed that my “service ended,” even though I never picked up the truck and never signed or completed any rental. How can a rental be closed and charged before it even begins? This raises serious concerns about billing controls and internal processes at this location. Customers should not have to monitor their accounts for premature charges on reservations that haven’t even started. I am now forced to contact both the store and my bank to dispute a charge for a service I never received. This situation is stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable. I strongly advise future customers to double-check all charges and get everything documented in writing before their rental date. Transparency and accountability should be the bare minimum for handling customers’ payment information. Very disappointing experience.
