Had appointment at 9. arrived at 9 and was told I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone else. Called uhaul 15 minutes later and it took 15 minutes before i could talk to an actual person. at 9:30 as I started to talk to someone, a woman came and yelled and cussed at ME. I was just trying to figure out when I was going to actually get the truck and was yelled at and berated by this woman who was clearly having a terrible day. I get having a bad day and we all get them, but she took it out on me. Area was a bad neighborhood.
Brent VTruck was returned last week and it still hasn’t been checked out by the 3rd Party company and I still haven’t received my money back from the hold they put on my car. Very unprofessional and very unorganized. I’ll never rent from these guys again.
Glenn STruck was rather dirty both in the cab and trailer portion.
John BTruck I reserved wasn’t available, employee didn’t know how to do U-Haul reservations, had to go through corporate and it took 45 minutes to get the truck. Major inconvenience. Truck was dirty with trash and had broken glass in the back
