First the employee was not trained or ready for U-Haul customers. Secondly, I placed my reservation via the app and included an appliance dolly and furniture rollers/pads to move large items. Neither of those items were available and I was advised to call U-Haul to find a location that had them. A service that I paid for, yet didn’t receive the value and incurred significant inconvenience in moving because this site stated “they don’t offer dolly’s at this location.”

The person helping us was lazy and rude and just not an indication of the U-Haul experience. The person actually ignored myself at times.
David BThis U-Haul location is terrible. I rented a truck and returned it the same day, but three days later, the return still isn't complete. I have no idea what happened. It's been a crazy couple of days. I tried calling U-Haul support, but they haven't resolved my issue. I also called the location, and a guy there told me to call the Uhaul company , not the local store. The cashier must have made a mistake when I gave him the key. He said it might take four hours or so to finalize the return, but after four hours, I got nothing—no receipt at all. So I tried the U-Haul app, and it still shows my case as not finished. I feel really bad about this.
YAN ZTruck that they had me reserved for was broken, no side mirror, which U-Haul can’t legally rent. They only had a smaller truck available, and no moving blankets and overcharged me on gas. No overall experience was horrible, will never be using U-Haul again. Want to actually get the service I paid for,
