The truck they rented me had a broken ramp and I was unable to move my belongings. I returned the truck explained the situation and NOT ONLY DIS THEY REFUSE TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE TRUCK RENTAL OR ANY PORTION OF IT, THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR THE TRUCK RENTAL AND CLAIMED IT NEEDED ADDITIONAL GAS. This ALL WAS DISPPROVEN BY VIDEO AND PICTURES OF THE FUEL GAUGE AND VIDEO OF THE RAMP BEING STUCK IN PLACE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR THIER ILLEGAL PRACTICES.

Clearer drop off location marking, it was not visible from the parking spot
Robert DIf someone rents a vehicle, please have the vehicle there to be used or at least allow them to switch to a vehicle that is on site. And don’t charge someone for a vehicle that they never got.
John EKid working did great, your system was not allowing me to upload my drivers license. Strike one The MAIN issue was I asked for a pick up at a different location, My contract had that location and when I got there they sent me 4 miles away which was not good. Strike 2 - The score was b/c UHAUL did poorly NOT The store! I am a former U haul employee from 1990's, I know what to expect from U-Haul (Not impressed) The truck was nice though 26ft
