I had to call for the code to get into the facility the return process on the app did not give me the code. So return took longer than expected.

John TThe equipment we requested was not in the truck. Mobile check-in process took a long time.
Stephanie VDon’t overcharge people, gave us a truck with 40 miles and charged us a $30 fee for gas then filled it ALL THE WAY UP and charged another $60. Have not yet responded to my email, either. Worst place I have ever been to.
Brinsleigh RIt was so difficult to get access gate to open and receive signals on cell phone to activate actually finishing the whole process of getting truck unlocked … I had to call uhaul customer service and the agent was AWESOME @and patient and made it all happen. He was amazing but the process was very frustrating.
