The first time we rented from here the transmission broke. The time wasted by UHaul before they authorized the tow truck to load the truck was really annoying. The 2nd time we rented fromt there, they charged me for 171 miles when we only went 40 total miles. Then they charged me for a full tank of gas when we got the truck at half a tank.
BOWEN BEverything worked out great except my preferred pick up place was just right down the street and had to pick up at another facility which I was not aware of until the courtesy call the day before.

ANTHONY GThe Uhaul coordinator at this location is excellent and knows what good customer service is! I've rented there a few times and she always has what I need, makes sure it's clean and everything is working as it should, gives me the best trailer (instead of the junky one in front, etc. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.
