How U-Haul Reviews WorkI found the mobile app to be clunky and glitchy for check in. I had to cycle through it several times after it kept resetting. I also think the rental was too expensive, includind a $20 charge because I didn't use the app to return it after hours.
Laura ZI was stuck for 2 hours because I was unable to move the truck. It was park in the middle of two more units. I couldn’t do anything until the location was opened
