Maps app could not find the correct location. I had to call the location to be guided to it. Also, the truck's brake pads desperately needed to be changed.

ROGER MAlthough the location and the personnel were great where I had to pick up the vehicle I was very disappointed that I had to go to a different location to pick up the vehicle. MY original location was chosen because I could pick it up at 7:00 AM. This location didn't open until 8:30 AM and when i talked to people on the phone I was really disappointed that your customer service would not move the truck to the location I had originally picked.
