The app for mobile check-in service refused to work. We had to go through the steps multiple times just to drop off our U-Haul. Doing this in the cold was a very unpleasant experience.

It’s extremely difficult to find
MUSTAFA KThey even gave me call to make sure everything was ok, the lady who called me was great!
MICHAEL V1 tire was worn, tread was uneven and close to wear bars and wheel was missing 1 lug nut.
WESLEY GVicki was very helpful in getting us taken care of. The whole process from hook up to paperwork took less then 15 minutes and we were out the door and on our way. The last time I had ever rented from u haul was about 20 years ago, so I wasn't sure how the whole process worked, but it sure is easier now a days then back then. Will definitely be renting again! Thank you!!!
