Receiving and checking out, the unit was quick and easy
JOHN LPoor customer service. Got questioned when I asked about a receipt that I had returned it and also one for gas that I purchased. I had to call U-Haul myself when it showed five hours later that I hadn’t returned the vehicle.
TAMARA LIt’s convenient for a drop off using the app. The attendant did not know that he was receiving my equipment and communication like that would make things better
GEORGE Kterrible. Rental rate stated $29 and billed $47. bate and switch, i could not recommend. and you need to do it all on an app that doesn't work.
