When I arrived to pick up the truck I reserved, it was not available. The staff worked to get me a substitute truck. The truck was dirty, had rotten food and furniture from the previous customer. The truck had no gas and a tire was almost flat the next morning. I did find Wade, the owner, to be honest, helpful, and willing to significantly reduce my invoice for my troubles. I’m hoping that this was a fluke and not the normal experience with U-Haul.
