They had what I needed at a moments notice. I wasn’t aware of some of the processes I had to do on the app, which they helped me out when it came to returning the U-haul. I give them five stars and would use their services in the future!
WILLIAM RThis was at a stinky head shop. The one employee was new and not very familiar with the procedure. Not everyone is tech savvy with the on line process. Would be nice to have someone help with all this.
NANCY CThe girl that helped me was very nice how ever she was new so she called her manager he helped me over the phone, he lied he over charged me said he’d fix the cost because they didn’t have the one I reserved online. I was put in a much smaller one. Then he forded me to get insurance,I was already but he said I had to I know I didn’t. I will never go to that location again. For anything
