I had some issues with the app completing pickup and return. It would accept photos, etc but then would just keep cycling when I tried to complete. Could have been my phone. But...the store operator was very helpful and overall it was a great experience.

The proprietor wasn't eager to take this U-Haul back and claimed he didn't have a parking place. He was less than friendly and his 7-11 gas station appeared to be staffed by relatives from the old country who's first language isn't English.
GEORGE DI went to pick up my truck and It was not there so I had to call the U-Haul traffic center to make a complaint and they said they have to move my pickup location. I feel I should be compensated for my troubles and I’m not sure if I will ever use U-Haul again.
john bThe cup holder in the truck was broken. There was no windshield wiper fluid in the truck and the windshield was very dirty.
