Was charged extra
AnnaMaria MThis location was fine. However, we were not informed that our preferred pickup location in Charlottesville would not have a truck available for us. Our pickup location had been changed to a location 30 minutes away without any notification to me. I got no call, or email or text. That was very frustrating on the day of the move.
Katie GI had some issues with the app completing pickup and return. It would accept photos, etc but then would just keep cycling when I tried to complete. Could have been my phone. But...the store operator was very helpful and overall it was a great experience.
Rick BThe proprietor wasn't eager to take this U-Haul back and claimed he didn't have a parking place. He was less than friendly and his 7-11 gas station appeared to be staffed by relatives from the old country who's first language isn't English.
