This is a convenience store with not enough room to park a large trailer. The attendant was not aware I was coming and didn't know where he wanted me to park the trailer

Vehicle only had 39 miles of gas on pickup, the low gas warning would not let me see the odometer, the payment methods accepted on the website were not allowed during pickup, and the vehicle was blocked by an unloading truck. Lost an hour of usage, all due to preventable things. Drop off was easy enough, although the fuel gauge on the vehicle was not updating when gas was added so I have no idea how much fuel I left it with.

DOUGLAS HNo one was on duty to check the UHaUl in. Just the cashier who was cordial and directed me were to drop off the trailer. I turned in the trailer after hours via the app.
