The truck was stuck in the snow and we had to work to get it out. We tried to use the app to check in but it didn’t work. The service desk clerk was new and did not know how to check us in.

The steering was really loose on the truck

JOHN LPoor customer service. Got questioned when I asked about a receipt that I had returned it and also one for gas that I purchased. I had to call U-Haul myself when it showed five hours later that I hadn’t returned the vehicle.
