When people pay cash and return equipment due to a drastic change in the moving plans the customer should be able to receive his/her money back at the time of return and not have to wait for a check from Uhaul. You take my money right now at the time of rental, but have to wait for my money to come in the mail. I cant mail my money to you for renting equipment, why should I have to wait?
