Pamela Bonds, the lady who helped me out, was super friendly and answered my phone calls with all the patience in the world, even when I had some silly questions.
JONATHAN EIt felt like I spent 30 minutes checking in to pick up my rental once I got to the location on things I had already completed on the app while making the reservation. Seems to be a good bit of redundancy that was kinda annoying. Other than that things went great and dropping off was a breeze.
