Check in on the app was a little difficult
Glenn BEnsure pads & dolly were in the truck, ensure the gas tank is full & notify the customer they are closed on the weekend so self-serve pick up is required
Janet OThe loading area is a bit difficult to hook up a trailer.
Anthony AAt first they told me they didnt have a usual only to call 1800UHaul for them to tell me that il be picking up at the location cause there was opening. Felt rushed cause I only had a cpl hrs. Shouldn't book things so close. Went 10, q5 miles total trip feom tbe place I got UHaul and they charged me 70 bucks in gas and fee to do it cause I told the lady I didnt stop cause they needed it abck by 3. I didnt even use 1/4 of tank.
