It took a lot of time to reserve but was friendly the sight which they said we needed to put things wrong was not there. Or easy to access . Better internet at pick up would help with service time

Had to drive 30 miles the wrong way just to find a trailer
Phil H.Equipment was nice, well maintained, and sturdy. The pick up location did not have my truck so I got sent to another location that was closed and I had to pick up using my phone. What time consuming horrible experience.
George M.This seemed like it might have been a new location & staff wasn't fully trained in checking out vehicles. The location drop off details were inconsistent with the phone assistance we received. The truck was dirty.
