Horrible experience, i have use uhaul everytime i moved or need a trailer, i have recommended to friends and family too… but this location is beyond unprofessional, 1st the time of my reservation was at 7:30 , this place forgot to leave the keys for the 24/7 pick up option and had to wait until they open… 10:00 am( not really, the person decided to show up at 10:45am) when i ask why she was late she responded “I open whenever i want”, further more… she acted like she could not find my reservation. Finally i get my keys and ready to be on my way. Guess what no dolly and no moving blankets. Went back to the counter and asked about it, again same lady “ go get them in the back”, me: “ i tough you guys suppose to have them in the truck ready for me” . Her:”they are in the back if you want them ..” … i had 2 people just sitting in my driveway charging me for 3+ hours because this location decided not to leave the keys.

Fantastic and easy experience, made my stressful move easier basically not having to worry about the uhaul pick up and return process! Super helpful and easy to work with. Zero complaints, when I move again, I’ll be back!
