The lady that checked me in was rude. She wouldn’t help me to even find the truck, give me any paperwork. The truck was clean but it rode horribly. The air didn’t work properly.

Despite their computer database being down, the staff did a great job inputting everything in manually on a backup system. This location was extremely busy and they still came out of there way and helped us. They were both patient and cooperative! And treated us very professionally! Well done uhaul!!!
