The truck that I rented had no motor oil in it. Had to add 3 quarts before I even started down the road. The worst truck ever had in my life, the passenger side mirror was broken prior to my pickup and they only taped it in place. And said there was nothing that they could do about it, or I wouldn't have a truck. Thank God I had a passenger in the vehicle to help me change lanes because the truck was not legal to be on the road. And I am a retired truck driver of 35 years, I will never ever rent from U-Haul again.
