Very limited parking. The staff was very courteous, however, their connection with U-Haul's internet service kept crashing and it took lots of patience to wait out what should have been a simple transaction since I had completed the rental agreement online the night before. By the way, the night before I started doing this transaction by using text as suggested by your application. I spent over an hour dealing with someone by text and finally told them I would stop the text transaction and go to my computer. I spent less than 15 minutes to get it done by using my computer. My main problem for this rental was dealing with U-Haul's online services. I will think twice before I ever repeat this experience.

GERMAN GThe truck that I rented had no motor oil in it. Had to add 3 quarts before I even started down the road. The worst truck ever had in my life, the passenger side mirror was broken prior to my pickup and they only taped it in place. And said there was nothing that they could do about it, or I wouldn't have a truck. Thank God I had a passenger in the vehicle to help me change lanes because the truck was not legal to be on the road. And I am a retired truck driver of 35 years, I will never ever rent from U-Haul again.
