The dolly I had ordered and was confirmed with UHaul as available the previous day was not available at time of pickup. At first another dolly was available but then when it came time to leave it wasn’t. The person who checked me out kept stopping our interaction to help at least three other customers, making the time there much longer than it should have been. That is also after UHaul changed the pickup location from one ten minutes away to this one, which was 30 minutes away. Overall making a moving day more stressful than it should have been.

Again, why ask if I would recommend? You don't give anyone a choice. And this guy who worked there? He didn't even speak English!!! So I was a bit worried he'd actually do the return for us... But it looks like he did... Miracle
Sandy MI used the online pickup, and it was very slow. Took almost 30 minutes to pickup the vehicle.
Patrick MCargo area was dirty, windows were dirty. Warning lights on for steeringtrac service. Employees were running back and forth helping other customers check out at register before completing my check out. Very stressful check out and checking.
