9am pickup on Saturday morning did not work because they forgot to put the key in the box the night before, so I lost project time and my wife lost pay from her job since we had to make an return trip to the pickup location after they opened at 10am to get the truck. Drop-off fortunately was very easy - but I did it in person to avoid a potential screw-up with after-hours drop off.

Jason MThis was one of the easiest rentals I’ve experienced. The staff was kind and helpful. The only recommendation I have would be not to have the trucks parked so close together…it was a little tight pulling out. I would definitely use this location in the future.
