Correct the gps navigation, I was improperly charged for multiple days I didn’t have the vehicle. My fiancé returned the keys before the end of the business hours and got charged for 2 days when he didn’t even have it for 3 hours.

Roland LCustomer service was less than stellar, had to redo reservation, added coverage we didn’t want, very unclear and muddled process all around.
Michael FVan was filthy inside and out. Obviously not washed, vacuumed. Inside windshield grime covered. Seats dirty with debris. Franchisee blamed weather from three weeks prior. Trucks should be cleaned at least minimally before rental. That being said the location was clean and the rental experience professional and courteous.
